About the Role

We are seeking an Air Duct Cleaning Professional to provide residential and light commercial air duct cleaning services. In this role, you will help improve indoor air quality and system performance by cleaning HVAC duct systems and related components.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service matter.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial air duct cleaning services
• Clean ductwork, vents, registers, returns, and HVAC components using specialized equipment
• Inspect duct systems and identify cleanliness or airflow concerns
• Set up and operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work areas before, during, and after service
• Educate customers on indoor air quality products and maintenance recommendations
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain a positive company image
• Complete service documentation, photos, and job notes accurately
• Collaborate with team members and follow company service processes

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and follow company processes
