As a Compliance Coordinator supporting our Aire Serv team, you will be responsible for managing the permitting, inspection, and compliance processes that ensure our HVAC installations meet all local, state, and utility requirements. You’ll coordinate permits, schedule inspections, process TVA rebates and unit registrations, and follow up on funding or financing programs to ensure timely completion.
This role also provides operational support, including dispatch coverage as needed, making you an essential part of maintaining smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
Your work directly supports compliance, customer satisfaction, and revenue capture — making this position a key contributor to our HVAC service team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Submit, track, and manage HVAC permits for residential and commercial jobs.
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and customers.
- Process TVA rebates, unit registrations, and required documentation.
- Follow up on funding and financing applications to ensure timely approval.
- Provide dispatch coverage as needed to support daily operations.
- Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff to maintain workflow accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross‑training in related positions.
Preferred Job Requirements for a Compliance Coordinator

Pay
$18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on your experience with permitting, inspections, TVA rebates, and administrative coordination.
