As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.


Specific Responsibilities:

· Scheduling appointments for service and maintenance.

· Updating Home Warranty Websites on a daily basis with each work orders job status.

· Keeping customers informed about their appointments and Service Professionals status

· Making sure each customer is called, and texted on ALL numbers available on the acct once dispatched

· Keeping customers updated if Service Professionals are running ahead/behind.

· Monitoring all 3 Franchise email accounts, and assigned personal email, for action

· Returning calls transcribed to us by answering service,

· Addressing questions and queries from Co-Workers and Management, etc.

· Match Service Titan schedule to Google Calendar Schedule

· Making sure each unassigned customer receives a call and SMS by the end of each day.

· Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

(Management may make adjustments to job tasks from time to time, on an as needed basis)


Job Requirements:

· Administrative experience preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

· Positive Attitude

· Team player who can work independently

· General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

· Typing skills are a plus
