As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher at Aire Serv, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your role will involve managing service requests, handling customer complaints, and exemplifying our values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle Incoming Calls: Provide professional and courteous support to service requests, ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Schedule Appointments: Efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments to maintain smooth operations.
- Dispatch Calls: Assign tasks and service calls to team members, optimizing workflow for timely service delivery.
- Promote Services: Utilize your skills to upsell additional services and contribute to business growth.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints, complete work orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, manage purchase orders, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Additional Duties: Cross-train and support in related positions to enhance team flexibility.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Administrative experience is preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong data entry skills and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, adapting to various tasks and challenges.
- Technical Skills: General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office; experience with Service Titan is a plus or willingness to learn.
Competitive Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $16 - 23 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
