As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you would exemplify our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Scheduling appointments for HVAC service and maintenance calls.
· Updating Home Warranty Websites on a daily basis with each work orders job status.
· Answering calls on multi-line, multi-company phone system.
· Handling all inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Promote additional services and accessory sales during customer calls to assist in growing the business.
· Monitoring all general customer service email accounts, and assigned personal business email accounts.
· Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
· Addressing questions and queries from Co-Workers and Management, etc.
· Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
(Management may adjust job tasks from time to time, based on the needs of the business)
Job Requirements:
· HVAC Customer Service experience required with a minimum 3-5 years of experience
· Service Titan CRM software experience of 1-2 years is required.
· Proven experience in remote work environment is required
· Dedicated quiet workspace with wired internet connection is required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
· Team player who can work independently
· General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
· Home Warranty Experience is preferred
· HVAC parts knowledge is a plus
