Customer Service Representative

Position earning potential is $40,000 to $55,000/year. This includes an hourly rate and an opportunity to earn commission for sales. This position also includes employee benefits, 50% paid by the company, 401k plus a 3% match.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv of Rochester on all inbound support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer questions/concerns. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees and working with integrity in all situations. You are also responsible for making outbound calls and reminding customers they are due for service and helping customers understand all the fantastic services Aire Serv provides.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage with little direction a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

· Scheduling appointments

· Assigning daily work/calls to other team members

· Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business

· Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints

· Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

· Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

· Administrative experience preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

· Positive Attitude is an absolute must

· Team player who can work independently and is a self-starter and can process information quickly

· General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

· Typing skills are a plus
