What You’ll Do as a Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you play a pivotal role in coordinating the daily operations of our electrical service team. You’ll support Service Professionals, Customer Service Representatives, Branch Managers, and customers by ensuring every job is scheduled, communicated, and completed with excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily dispatch process and assist Service Professionals with job scheduling and customer communication
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and potential value
  • Monitor all scheduled jobs to ensure successful completion and payment collection
  • Work with Accounting to provide required documentation for invoicing and payroll
  • Verify Service Professionals’ time clocks daily for accuracy
  • Communicate efficiently with internal personnel, customers, and local authorities for permit acquisition
  • Coordinate scheduling needs with Customer Service Representatives
  • Consult with Branch Managers for call rescheduling as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of paperwork and documentation for technicians
  • Support compliance in permit and inspection acquisition by tracking timeliness and impact on scheduling


What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent data entry and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using technology and digital tools
  • Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
  • Professionalism in all interactions
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Openness to feedback and desire to continually improve
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred


Pay

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience and knowledge as a Dispatcher.
