The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.

As a Dispatcher at Aire Serv, you will be a crucial part of our team and play a key role in representing our brand during support calls. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service teams by optimizing routes for service professionals, monitoring communication, and maintaining constant contact with technicians in the field. Additionally, you will review invoices and estimates for accuracy, all while upholding our high standards of customer service.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Dispatch scheduled service, maintenance, and sales calls

* Assist other team members to provide a high level of customer satisfaction

* Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer inquiries

* Issue purchase orders and verify that all required information is included for efficient processing

* Process vendor warranty items, ensuring they are handled and submitted to vendors properly and in a timely manner

* Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

* Positive attitude and team player who can work independently

* Goal- and task-oriented

* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

* Proficiency in typing is a must
