Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role provides direct, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including complex scheduling
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries
- Serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Track action items and deadlines to ensure follow-through
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues
- Assist with executive-level projects and operational tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably an executive or C-suite leader
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
