Experienced HVAC CSR (Customer Service Representative)
We are seeking a professional, experienced HVAC CSR who understands the pace, pressure, and expectations of a busy service office.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone who can step in and perform with minimal training.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
3+ years of CSR experience
Prior experience in an HVAC company
Strong working knowledge of HVAC terminology
Fluent in:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Email communication
Live chat systems
Multi-line phone systems
MUST have experience using ServiceTitan (3+ years)
Strong scheduling and dispatch coordination skills
Professional phone presence and customer communication
Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume inbound calls professionally
Schedule and dispatch service appointments accurately
Enter detailed job notes and customer information in ServiceTitan
Communicate clearly with technicians and management
Order parts and follow up on pending jobs
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every interaction
