What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions with confidence and honesty
• Provide top-tier customer service and educate homeowners on system upkeep
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure equipment is running efficiently
• Keep your work truck stocked, clean, and ready to roll

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC 
• EPA Certification (required); NATE Certification is a plus
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 lbs; able to work in all weather conditions
• A can-do attitude, reliability, and pride in your craft
