About the Role

This position focuses on mostly residential and some light commercial HVAC system design, sales, and technical customer engagement. As a Sales Tech, you'll leverage your field experience and communication skills to assess customer needs, perform heat gain/loss calculations, and design and propose tailored HVAC solutions using well-matched, compatible equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-level, consultative HVAC sales by identifying customer needs, performing technical calculations, and providing clear, compelling solution recommendations.
  • Respond to inbound leads, conduct follow-ups, attend networking events, and build strong, long-lasting client partnerships.
