At Window Genie, we have an immediate opening for a General Labor position. Whether you’ve cleaned windows before or are simply looking for a hands-on role, this is the perfect fit. We’ll train you on every step of the Window Genie Way.
You’ll learn skills in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting—so there’s always something new to do.
This position is especially great for students who want flexible work 1–3 days a week. It’s an opportunity to earn competitive pay while gaining real-world skills without the commitment of a full-time schedule.
Benefits & Pay
- Pay Range: $15–$30 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, typically between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Excellent training and coaching that can lead to long-term career growth
Responsibilities
- Provide Services: Window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting
- Customer Service: Walkthroughs, collecting payments, asking for reviews, and making recommendations
- Maintain Equipment: Keep tools and gear clean and in working order
This Job is Not for You If:
- You are afraid of heights (we use ladders up to 20 ft or higher)
- You don’t like interacting with customers
- You’d rather be working indoors
