• Drive Growth: Partner with ownership to implement strategies that move us from a "small team" to a market leader.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience (preferably in the trades—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• A track record of hitting and exceeding operational KPIs.
• The ability to balance "boots on the ground" leadership with high-level strategic thinking.
