You’ll start with paid training and a base, then transition into a commission role with realistic earning potential of $65,000–$100,000+ per year. If you enjoy helping homeowners, solving problems, and getting rewarded for results, this role delivers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and design comfort solutions they’ll love
• Perform heat gain/loss calculations and system evaluations
• Present system options, upgrades, and financing with confidence
• Turn inbound leads into happy, long-term customers
