Key Responsibilities

As a professional HVAC Sales Associate / Home Comfort Designer, you are a key team member who proactively nurtures customer relationships and helps customers design an HVAC system that will meet their home comfort needs.

• Deliver World-Class Customer Service
• Create a positive experience with a professional and friendly approach. Conduct heat gain/loss calculations and utility cost projections to ensure the best solution is offered.
• Lead Generation & Sales
• Handle inbound leads, attend follow-up appointments, network, and build lasting relationships that result in quality sales.
• System Design & Consultation
• Listen actively to customer needs and design HVAC systems tailored to them. Provide upgrade options, service plans, financing solutions, and help handle warranties and paperwork.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with no cap on earning potential. If you’re motivated and driven, your income will reflect it. To help you get started strong, we offer financial support during your first 30-60 days as you learn the systems, build relationships, and start closing sales.

Estimated Pay Range: New hires estimate between $7,000-$10,000+ per month
