What You’ll Do

As an Aire Serv Home Comfort Designer, you’ll act as a trusted consultant for homeowners, guiding them through decisions that improve comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind. This is a high-impact role for competitive, entrepreneurial sales professionals who excel at solution selling, pipeline management, follow-through and closing deals.

You will:

  • Conduct in-home consultations and deliver consultative sales presentations using proven processes
  • Build trust by uncovering customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Develop and present clear, compelling proposals that meet company pricing and margin standards
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage your sales pipeline proactively — from initial visit to follow-up, referrals, prospecting and repeat business
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and closing targets
  • Stay sharp through weekly sales meetings, advanced training, and skill development


What You Bring

  • Proven success in outside sales (HVAC, home services, or related high-ticket industries preferred)
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to influence decision-making
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable leveraging technology (CRM, iPad, scheduling software, ServiceTitan experience a plus)
  • High personal drive, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule availability (some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 to $175,000+ annual earning potential (100% commission after paid training period)
