The Branch Manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members. The Branch Manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services. This position uses a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills to manage the Branch location. While also having the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

Pay Range: 70-100k per year!!!

100k+ Earning Potential through bonuses and performance based pay!!!

Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage service team operations to meet performance and sales objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and supervisors as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day service activities, including scheduling, workflow, and job progress
  • Address customer concerns and ensure resolution in a timely, professional manner
  • Support team development through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Monitor team performance, reporting, and key operational metrics
  • Conduct and lead team meetings and ongoing training initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of work
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop service staff
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and industry regulations
  • Manage departmental goals, budgets, and overall performance
  • Handle escalations, special projects, and additional leadership responsibilities as needed 

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
  • Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Professional appearance and Positive personality
  • Strong leadership skills
