We are hiring a Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners, design HVAC solutions, and close warm, company-provided opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems 
• Design and recommend system solutions 
• Present options and close sales 
• Deliver a professional, consultative experience 
• Coordinate with install and office teams

• Delivering a 5-star customer experience 
• Staying organized and managing your schedule 
• Strong communication with customers and team

• Ability to explain technical concepts simply 
• Organized and self-motivated 
• Sales or HVAC experience is a plus (not required — we train) 

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean record 
• Professional appearance 
• Ability to manage a schedule of in-home appointments 

Compensation

• Uncapped commission structure
