About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you will be the friendly, professional voice our customers rely on. You’ll manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and help keep daily operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and care
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
  • Manage work orders and follow up with customers
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor maintenance schedules and warranty information
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules
  • Collaborate with management to meet team goals
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude with strong phone and customer service skills
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Team player who can also work independently
