HVAC Dispatcher

Aire Serv of Dallas is searching for a dedicated HVAC Dispatcher to be the vital link between our technicians and our valued customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a great problem-solver, we want to hear from you!


Specific Responsibilities:

  •         Schedule management
  • Technician Dispatch
  •         Customer Communication
  •         Parts Procurement
  •         Problem-Solving
  •         Technician Support
  •         Coordination of inventory, vendors and service timelines


Job Requirements:

  •        High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical training is a plus
  •        Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related role, preferably in the HVAC or service industry
  •        Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both customer and technician interactions
  •        Proficiency in dispatch software, CRM systems, or similar tools
  •        Calm and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a bonus, but not required


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience) with performance bonuses available
