Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to client locations, cleaning HVAC ductwork, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC duct and vent cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with customers regarding services performed
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Identify and troubleshoot minor HVAC issues or customer concerns
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Keep work vehicle clean and organized

Requirements:

• Clean driving record (required)
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Sales skills or experience are a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HVAC or duct cleaning
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or indoor air quality equipment

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 (Per hour) and depends on your experience and knowledge. Plus opportunity to earn additional pay in commissions
