Job Description:

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant for homeowners seeking HVAC solutions. Your goal is to provide expert guidance and help clients make informed decisions that maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. You’ll consult with customers on the best options for heating, cooling, and ventilation needs, working closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with homeowners on HVAC replacement and comfort solutions
  • Present clear system options, pricing, and financing
  • Perform basic system sizing and documentation (training provided if necessary)
  • Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a great customer experience
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
  • Available to go on two to three calls per day to accommodate customer availability
  • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
  • Lead generation activities to include attending networking eventshome shows and community events and making outbound calls.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Prior HVAC sales or in-home sales experience preferred
  • Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable using tablets, software, and basic business tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of passing a background check and drug testing

Pay Range:
