JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, qualified technician for both residential and commercial systems to join our team. Technician will install, maintain, diagnose and repair HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) equipment and duct work on residences and businesses. The ideal candidate is a lead technician, who has at least 2+ years of experience in the field, is professional and willing to provide a high-level quality service to our customers.

JOB DUTIES

·     Installs sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings.

·     Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.

·     Installs copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.

·     Properly connects line and low voltage wiring to heating and cooling equipment.

·     Properly connects gas lines to heating equipment.

·     Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.

·     Demonstrates and establishes good working relationships with co-workers and superiors.

·      Works safely following company policies.

EXPERIENCE

·     High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training

·     Basic understanding of HVAC equipment

·     Minimum 1+ years of experience installing in HVAC or related systems

·     Effective written and verbal communication skills

·     Self-motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·     Successfully Pass Drug Test

·     Must be able to read and write in English

·     Valid CA driver's License with a good driving record

·     Ability to lift heavy objects

·      Honest, clean and dependable
