Position Summary:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Follow all local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Ensure proper system startup and operation after installation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being performed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)
