Job Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Lead and support installation crew to ensure efficient, high-quality work
- Set up, test, and commission systems to manufacturer and code standards
- Ensure proper refrigerant handling, electrical connections, and duct transitions
- Communicate job progress, issues, and completion details with customers and team
- Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Participate in paid training, ongoing development, and installation best practices
