About the Role

We are seeking an HVAC New Construction Professional for residential new construction and light commercial projects. You will assist with the installation of HVAC systems including:
- Split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
- Ductwork
- Thermostats, IAQ products, and smart home devices
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where craftsmanship, professionalism, and teamwork matter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
- Test and inspect systems for proper operation
- Help customers understand system operation and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and changing job site conditions
- Collaborate with team members and follow company processes
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
