We are growing rapidly and need the right leader to join our Operations team! You will support Aire Serv and collaborate closely with our service teams across Complete Home Services.
Complete Home Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to lead our Murfreesboro, TN service branch. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, people‑focused leader with strong HVAC knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to coach and develop technicians. You will play a key role in operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage service team operations to meet performance and sales objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and supervisors as needed.
- Oversee day‑to‑day service activities, including scheduling, workflow, and job progress.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution.
- Support team development through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Monitor team performance, reporting, and key operational metrics.
- Conduct and lead team meetings and ongoing training initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of work.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop service staff.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and industry regulations.
- Manage departmental goals, budgets, and overall performance.
- Handle escalations, special projects, and additional leadership responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge.
- Valid State Driver’s License & clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Professional appearance and positive personality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Ability to champion our Core Values and foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
