This is a customer-facing, residential and light commercial service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home or at the customers business, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.

• Deliver World-Class Service - Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance - Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans - Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

To Succeed in this Role

We employ a front-line service system that, when followed, will consistently generate 5-star reviews.

The office team has your back and will ensure you have sufficient time with each customer to do a thorough and complete job. We move slower than typical HVAC companies. A normal day is 3-5 service calls. This allows the tech to completely evaluate every job and provide all the optional available to our customers.

• Weekly time and spiff sheet - Techs submit weekly run sheets to ensure all spiffs and bonuses are accounted for and that all necessary follow up is being properly executed.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
• Professional appearance and personality
• Tolerance to work in extreme temperatures, attics, crawl spaces, inclement weather
• Availability for after hours and weekend on-call rotation

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000+ per year, depends on your experience and knowledge and drive.
