Job Description

We're hiring an HVAC Sales & Service Technician who can expertly install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while recommending upgrades and services that improve customer comfort and system performance.
This is a field-based role that blends technical skill and customer-facing communication. You’ll play a key part in helping us grow a newly launched Aire Serv franchise. At Aire Serv, we’re known for our excellent customer service, professional image, and Done Right Promise.

What You’ll Do
· Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance - Consult with clients on their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
· Installation - Install furnaces, condensers, thermostats, ductwork, IAQ systems, smart home devices, and mini splits.
· Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans - Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. Close eligible sales.
· Deliver World-Class Service - Deliver an amazing experience for our customers: educate and guide homeowners in a friendly, professional way; deliver a 5-star experience at every job.
· Documentation: Use a tablet to track work, generate quotes, and close service or installation tickets.
· Team Support: Communicate clearly with dispatch and fellow techs; help in the shop during slower periods.

· You’re equally skilled in HVAC service and installation-and can switch between the two.
· You follow safety rules and codes and expect others to do the same.
· You show up on time, in uniform, and ready to represent the Aire Serv brand well.
· You are willing to take on the hot attics, crawl spaces, and longer work days during peak seasons to get the job done.
· You are willing to take the time to explain things to the customer in a way they will understand and will make them feel confident in their decisions. And you’re comfortable recommending upgrades and explaining value without pressure.

Job Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC (service + light installs)
· Valid EPA Section 608 Universal certification
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Ability to lift 60 lbs.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Professional appearance and personality
· Basic HVAC hand tools required (company helps with specialty tools)
Benefits & Pay
· The pay range for this position is $30 to $35, and depends on your experience, knowledge, and certifications.
· Monthly sales commissions and regular performance bonuses
