Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Sales Technician to diagnose residential HVAC issues and provide clear repair or replacement options to customers. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys problem-solving and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose residential HVAC issues and perform minor repairs

* Present repair and replacement options to customers in a clear and professional manner

* Generate and close sales for system replacements and upgrades

* Collaborate with office staff and installation crews for seamless job execution

* Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, options provided, and completed work

* Deliver excellent customer service on every visit

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred

* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

* Proven sales ability and customer-focused communication

* EPA certification required

* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

* Professional appearance and attitude

* Self-motivated and team-oriented
