Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Sales Technician to diagnose residential HVAC issues and provide clear repair or replacement options to customers. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys problem-solving and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose residential HVAC issues and perform minor repairs

• Present repair and replacement options to customers in a clear and professional manner

• Generate and close sales for system replacements and upgrades

• Collaborate with office staff and installation crews for seamless job execution

• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, options provided, and completed work

• Deliver excellent customer service on every visit

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proven sales ability and customer-focused communication

• EPA certification required

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Self-motivated and team-oriented
