What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Aire Serv—visiting customers' homes, diagnosing issues, and making repairs or maintenance recommendations that are honest and helpful. Your role will include:

• Delivering a 5-star customer experience every time
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
• Advising homeowners on comfort solutions and system upgrades
• Using a proven process that builds customer trust and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, motivated, and team-oriented technicians who:

• Have 3–4 years of residential HVAC experience
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Can lift up to 60 lbs. and work in crawlspaces or attics
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Show up on time, take pride in their work, and want to grow
