Pay & Compensation

  • $25–$35 per hour base pay (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Total compensation can exceed $130,000 per year
  • Overtime available (not forced)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps)
  • Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
  • Make honest, professional recommendations — no pressure tactics
  • Perform clean, high-quality work you’re proud of
  • Complete accurate digital service documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • EPA certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
