Competitive Pay & Perks

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Professional, you’ll focus on what you do best: delivering excellent service and helping customers stay comfortable year-round.

Service & Repair

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  • Work on light commercial systems as needed
  • Troubleshoot equipment efficiently and accurately

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a professional, friendly, 5-star customer experience
  • Clearly explain findings and recommendations
  • Build trust with homeowners through honesty and quality work

Quality & Professionalism

  • Perform work safely and correctly the first time
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and workspace
  • Complete service tickets and documentation accurately

Team Support

  • Work independently while supporting the team when needed
  • Lead by example in professionalism, attitude, and work ethic

What We’re Looking For

  • Residential HVAC experience required
  • Light commercial experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • EPA certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Team-player mindset
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
