HVAC Service Technician

AireServ is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Muncie, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and repairs of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. You will be a key representative of AireServ’s values, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and respect to our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems

• Perform system installations with attention to efficiency and safety standards

• Manage materials and inventory to ensure proper equipment availability

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicle and tools

• Accurately complete service invoices, route sheets, and required reports

• Collect customer payments and provide documentation as needed

• Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training opportunities as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential HVAC and refrigeration

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical duties

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional demeanor with a commitment to high standards
