What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll help residential and commercial customers maintain safe, reliable, and efficient heating and cooling systems.

·       Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

·       Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, split systems, and related equipment.

·       Perform preventive maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, system inspections, and repairs.

·       Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and system-improvement solutions.

·       Clearly explain findings and options to customers without high-pressure sales tactics.

·       Educate homeowners and commercial customers on equipment maintenance, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency.

·       Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and customer communications using ServiceTitan.

·       Follow applicable safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.

·       Maintain a professional appearance, organized vehicle, and clean work environment.

·       Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and other technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

·       EPA Section 608 certification appropriate for the equipment serviced.

·       Previous residential or commercial HVAC service, maintenance, or repair experience.

·       Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

·       Valid driver's license.

·       Professional communication and customer service skills.

·       Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

·       Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.

·       Ability to perform the physical demands of HVAC service work, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Two or more years of HVAC service experience.

·       EPA Section 608 Universal certification.

·       Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related controls.

·       Minneapolis or Saint Paul HVAC competency card.

·       Familiarity with ServiceTitan.

·       Clean driving record.

·       Experience explaining repair options and recommendations to customers.
