Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Your Responsibilities

  • Precision Diagnostics: Use your HVAC knowledge to identify failures accurately. You’ll be the consultative expert who meets with the homeowners, explains the "why" and provides thoughtful system solutions, upgrades, improvements or replacement options, ensuring our customers have an educated understanding.

·       Build Lasting Rapport: Use your communication skills to turn a service call into a long-term relationship. You aren't just fixing a machine; you're helping a family.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential future issues, ensuring the long-term integrity of the customer's home.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Hands on HVAC experience and or education in Residential or Commercial settings.
  • Technology: Skillful with cell phones, iPads, & email. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to make complex technical issues easy to understand.
  • Physicality: Ability to perform heavy lifting and navigate tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics) to ensure a complete repair.
