What You’ll Do as an Install Coordinator

As an Install Coordinator, you play a critical role in keeping our installation operations running smoothly. You’ll support technicians, installers, project managers, and customers by ensuring every job is prepared, scheduled, and executed with excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily schedules for installers and technicians
  • Ensure all job notes, materials, equipment, and documentation are prepared accurately
  • Register HVAC units and generators, obtain permits, and schedule inspections
  • Assign sales jobs to Project Managers and maintain accurate scheduling
  • Review job files for accuracy and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of all active installation jobs
  • Follow up on jobs placed on hold and ensure timely resolution
  • Audit purchase orders for pricing and fulfillment accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, Project Managers, and customers
  • Provide daily updates and maintain open communication across teams
  • Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails
  • Uphold safety protocols and represent Aire Serv’s values with professionalism


What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent data entry and organizational abilities
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with numbers
  • Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Pay

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and knowledge as an Install Coordinator.
