The estimated pay range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 and is based on knowledge and experience of being an install coordinator.

As an Install Coordinator, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for scheduling service requests, dispatching technicians and handling customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • ·Dispatch technicians
  • Order equipment for installs
  • Register equipment for warranty purposes
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Check in all equipment and packages delivered to warehouse
  • Call customer to schedule installation of new equipment
  • Take payments on installs and apply to jobs

Job Requirements:

· Administrative experience preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

· Positive Attitude

· Team player who can work independently

· General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

· Typing skills a plus
