Here are Your Responsibilities as an Inventory Coordinator at Aire Serv
As an Inventory Coordinator, you are a key member of our team. You will be working with your team members to ensure success for your technicians in the field and a top-notch experience for our customers.
Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:
- Use Service Titan and Excel to Track Inventory
- Order material based on service tickets
- Read and Understand packing slips and vendor invoices.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with vehicle inventory and van swaps.
- Help organize and keep Inventory of warehouse stock.
- Assigning and accounting for all materials replenished to Field Technicians.
- Assist in keeping the shop clean and organized.

- Safety - You will be responsible for making sure you are operating company vehicles within the law limits and following safety protocols in the warehouse.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements for the Inventory Coordinator position.
- Knowledge of Computers and Technology.
- Must be dependable.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 50+ lbs.
- 2 year of relevant experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The starting pay range for our Inventory Coordinator is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
