We’re launching a new territory — and we’re looking for a well-rounded HVAC expert to help lead the charge. This is a hands-on position with a reputable and growing company known for white-glove residential service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Handle residential service, installation, and sales — from diagnosis to close
• Work solo or with a helper to complete nearly any HVAC job in the field
• Perform load calculations, system replacements, and customer consultations
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand standards
• Use mobile platforms like ServiceTitan to document work and quotes
• Represent our company with integrity, pride, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in residential HVAC sales, service, and installation
• Comfortable working solo and closing sales in the field
• Strong communication skills and clean jobsite practices
• EPA certification required (Universal preferred), NATE a plus
• Valid driver’s license + clean MVR
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred
