Maintenance Technician / Duct Cleaner

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning air ducts, dryer vents, and other HVAC components to ensure proper functioning and maintain indoor air quality. The job will require the use of specialized tools and equipment, as well as adherence to safety protocols and regulations. 

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Maintenance Technician / Duct Cleaner

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and components
• Clean air ducts, dryer vents, and other HVAC components using specialized tools and equipment 
• Remove and dispose of debris and contaminants from HVAC systems
• Install or replace air filters as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns related to HVAC systems

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
