Hiring for Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative in our Supply, NC office.

As a Office Assistant and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Scheduling appointments using Service Titan software
  • Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update the service schedule and communicate appointment times and any changes to customers
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Maintain accurate records, including work orders, purchase orders, customer information, and equipment registrations
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
  • Register equipment with manufacturers on behalf of homeowners and file warranty paperwork for parts and equipment
  • Manage follow-up and closure of inspections, as well as follow-up on outstanding permits.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, and preparing job packets.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Excel for data entry and organization.
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions



Job Requirements:

  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to demonstrate your skills.
  • Previous experience in an HVAC company or familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
  • General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills are a must
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
