This role is primarily residential, with some commercial work included. As an HVAC Installer at Aire Serv, you’ll be helping customers meet their heating and cooling needs by installing a wide range of systems, including Split Systems, Duct Work, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, Thermostats, IAQ Products, Smart Home Devices, and more.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installation Professional, you’ll play a key role in making our customers' homes comfortable. You’ll provide high-quality system installations and ensure the job is done right.

• Deliver World-Class Installations: Provide customers with a seamless, professional installation experience, making sure systems work flawlessly.
• Test and Inspect Equipment: Use your craftsmanship to test and fine-tune systems, ensuring they meet customer satisfaction.
• Guide Customers on Upgrades and Maintenance: Educate clients on how to maintain their systems for long-term performance and efficiency.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you’ll need:

• Residential HVAC Experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance and attitude

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
