Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC installation and service projects from inception through completion. This role involves working closely with clients, technicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet specifications and are completed within the allotted time and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems on the go.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for new membership sales and renewals.
- Reach out to customers for any failed membership payments.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reporting.
- Make "Happy Calls" to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly call center meetings and coaching sessions.
- Attend monthly KPI review and goal-setting sessions.
- Attend regional training classes and become familiar with HVAC terminology and products.
- Uphold Aire Serv’s high standards of honesty and integrity, adhering to our Team Rules and Code of Values.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Achieve at least 3 membership sales or renewals daily.
- Generate a minimum of one 5-star Google review per week.
Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet goals in prior roles
- Prior experience in sales is highly preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience with Service Titan is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is also a plus, but also not required.
- Must have good communication and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable with consistently being on the phone (making at least 100 calls a day).
Pay Range: $17-$18 per hour!!!
