Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Home Office (In-Office Role)

Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Reports to: HR Manager

About the Role:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities? We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team and help streamline our hiring process. You’ll be the key point of contact for candidates during the early interview stages and work closely with our branch managers to identify top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and send qualified candidates to branch managers for in-person interviews
  • Complete and upload candidate questionnaires into their profiles accurately
  • Maintain detailed and quality notes on candidate interactions
  • Keep an up-to-date second interview tracker to monitor candidate progress
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Who You Are:

  • Excellent communicator with strong phone and written skills
  • Detail-focused and highly organized
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with a team
  • Previous recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required
