This is a customer-facing, residential service/installation role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs/replacement or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service/Install Technician

As an HVAC Service/Install Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.

· Deliver World-Class Service - Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.

· Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance - Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.

· Deliver World-Class Quality Installations - Deliver an amazing system and install experience to our customers.

· Test and Inspect Equipment - Show off your craftsmanship to clients and perform vital functions tests to ensure system is heating / cooling to customer’s satisfaction.

· Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans - Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $50K to $75K per year, and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician. Pay is also based on performance plan for work completed. Immediate increased pay as performance increases.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

· Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC

· Wisconsin state licensed for HVAC (or 3-4 years relevant experience and HVAC technical certificate)

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Ability to lift 60 lbs.

· Excellent communication skills with customers and office team

· Professional appearance and personality
