HVAC Sales/Service Technician – Immediate Opening

If you’re an experienced residential HVAC technician who loves delivering great service and seeing happy customers, Aire Serv has an immediate opening for you. This role combines service, maintenance, and system sales, all while providing a world-class customer experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Meet homeowners, diagnose issues, complete repairs/maintenance
  • Recommend system upgrades and solutions that fit customer needs
  • Provide a professional, 5-star experience on every call
  • Follow our proven service process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years residential HVAC experience
  • Strong track record in sales and service
  • Excellent communication and professionalism
  • Clean driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
  • Coachable, dependable, detail-oriented, and aligned with our customer-first culture

Pay & Benefits

$28-40 per hour, plus commission

Hourly base + commission, bonuses & spiffs
