Bring Our Brands to Life

Complete Home Services is looking for a creative, organized, and field-connected Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of social media across our portfolio of home-service brands.

This is not a role where every day is spent behind a desk. The Social Media Manager will visit branches, job sites, community events, and company activities to capture the real people and real work behind our brands. The right candidate will know how to turn those moments into engaging photos, videos, stories, reels, posts, and campaigns.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who can manage multiple brand voices, keep content calendars moving, create strong mobile-first content, and use performance data to improve what we publish.

What You Will Do

Own the Social Media Rhythm

  • Plan, schedule, publish, and quality-check content across approved social media channels.
  • Maintain coordinated content calendars for multiple CHS brands.
  • Keep content timely, consistent, and aligned with each brand’s voice and audience.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond within established guidelines and route sensitive customer, employee, or reputation concerns to the appropriate internal partner.

Capture Authentic Content

  • Travel to CHS branches, job sites, community events, and company activities approximately 25% of the time.
  • Capture high-quality photos and short-form video using mobile-first equipment and tools.
  • Create reels, stories, videos, posts, and other platform-specific content.
  • Write clear, engaging social copy that fits the channel and brand.
  • Organize content assets, approvals, permissions, and usage records.

Support Multiple Brands

  • Adjust tone, messaging, visual treatment, and content strategy for each CHS brand.
  • Partner with Marketing, branch teams, field employees, recruiting, and other internal groups to identify strong content opportunities.
  • Support campaigns, local-market priorities, recruiting efforts, community activities, and company events.
  • Source and repurpose approved content created by customers and employees.

Measure and Improve

  • Track audience growth, reach, engagement, content performance, and other agreed-upon measures.
  • Identify the topics, formats, channels, and publishing times that generate the strongest response.
  • Use performance results and platform changes to improve future content.
  • Share practical insights and recommendations with Marketing leadership.

Protect the Brands

  • Follow company expectations related to brand standards, customer and employee privacy, content permissions, copyright, safety, and platform use.
  • Maintain organized content calendars, working files, and approval records.
  • Use good judgment when publishing content or interacting with customers and followers online.

What You Bring

Required

  • One to three years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or comparable organization.
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating social copy, photography, and short-form video.
  • Working knowledge of major social platforms and their native publishing features.
  • Experience creating and editing mobile-first photos and videos.
  • Strong writing, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars, brands, and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with branch and field teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CHS driving requirements.
  • Ability to travel regionally approximately 25% of the time.
  • Availability for occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or event coverage.

Preferred

  • Education or coursework in marketing, communications, digital media, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands, locations, franchises, or geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience working with field-service, home-service, or locally operated businesses.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, listening, and asset-management tools.
  • Basic understanding of paid social media, creator partnerships, reputation management, or lead-generation measurement.

You May Be a Great Fit If You

  • Can recognize a strong content opportunity in an everyday moment.
  • Understand that Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels require different approaches.
  • Enjoy meeting employees in the field and helping tell their stories.
  • Can move between different brand voices without losing consistency.
  • Keep calendars, files, permissions, and deadlines organized.
  • Use data to make content better instead of posting based only on instinct.
  • Know when to respond, when to pause, and when to escalate.
  • Want to help build a social media function rather than simply inherit a finished one.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

  • CHS maintains a consistent and reliable publishing rhythm.
  • Each brand has a recognizable and appropriate social voice.
  • Branch and field activities regularly generate authentic content.
  • Content calendars and approvals are organized and visible.
  • Audience engagement and content performance are reviewed consistently.
  • Strong-performing content informs future decisions.
  • Customer, employee, and brand considerations are protected.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a pay range of $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, portfolio quality, and demonstrated capabilities.

The position is based in Atoka, Tennessee, with a hybrid work arrangement. Approximately 25% regional travel is expected. Occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or event coverage may be required. All work and travel time must be recorded in accordance with company policy.

Ready to Help Tell the CHS Story?

Please submit:

  • Your resume
  • A portfolio, social profile, or collection of relevant work samples
  • One example of a social post, video, or campaign you personally created
  • A brief explanation of your specific contribution to that work

We are less interested in how many years you have spent in the industry than in your ability to create strong content, stay organized, work with real people in the field, and help multiple brands connect with their audiences.

Complete Home Services provides equal employment opportunities in accordance with applicable law.
